Just 4 Kids Pediatric Clinic is a Nurse practitioner-owned and operated clinic founded by Dr. Shainy Varghese in 2010. With certified nurse practitioners, we provide well-child and sick visits, in-house labs, and Immunizations; Dr. Varghese envisioned creating nurse-managed clinics to provide quality health care compassionately. Our mission is to provide quality, accessible, evidence-based medical care in a family-centered environment. We believe in offering more than vaccines, prescriptions, physicals, sick visits, and labs. As pediatric primary care providers, we take responsibility for their health and well-being, placing children at the center.
It really helps us better facilitate your appointment if you complete all required forms prior to arrival. Please carefully complete our medical forms and provide a complete medical history for your child. You can download, print and bring the required forms with you.
Patient visits to Just 4 Kids Pediatric Clinic are by appointment; we accept walk-ins depending on the patient’s schedule. For scheduling purposes, every sibling will need an appointment to be seen by the provider. Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours.
All cancelation/rescheduling appointments should be made 24 hours in advance. Late arrival policy: Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
If you do not call to notify us of either cancellation or tardiness, you will be considered a no-show. If you have three no-shows, you may be discharged from our clinic.
All adults involved in the care of the child are encouraged to be part of office visits. However, any adult, NOT the child’s parent, must have written permission from the parent to bring the child in for medical care. Please message us through the patient portal permitting the person to seek medical treatment and provide consent for treatment.
